Tongkat and Fodagia together with a good diet and complimentary supplements like creatine and ashwagandha really will improve your physicality and performance. Try it. I'm on my second bottle. While I had some minor effect with tongkat ali supplementation, I wasn't too sure about fadogia agrestis. Had a weird taste to it. At first it did feel energetic but eventually it gave me a cramp stomach. Starting sweating perfusey and odd hear rhythm. So I stopped completely. Come to find out that fadogia agrestis could potentially have adverse affects on the kidney function.
