I bought this for my husband after hernia surgery so he would be able to get out of bed and off the couch with out using to much effort on his abdomen. It was perfect. Shipping was fast, assembly was a breeze, light weight, and very sturdy. It fit perfectly under the couch and could be easily moved around. I highly recommend this product.

I've been shopping on an off for these for a while and finally decided to get this one. The price is a great value but the assistance this brings is invaluable. The added security and stability make getting in and out of a chair or on and off the couch so much less stressful. If you have ever cared for physically declining loved ones you know what frustration there is with losing independence can be. This is wonderful for boosting that morale. I highly recommend this not only for the value it adds to the household but the easy of set up and quality for the money.

This was sturdy, able to use to assist off chair. Unfortunately, had to return because it didn't fit under the bar on our couch. Wish we could've used it.

Mine came with only 1 of 4 washers, which doesnt matter since the instructions never say to use them! This can be assembled with just 4 screws, sounds so simple. but the build quality is so poor, the screws wont thread. i dont mean they are hard to line up, i mean the holes have a different threading than the screws. I have one stuck 2/3rds in, two stick 1/3rd in, and the 4th barelt started. All are now stuck. I spent 40 dollars on a power tool to try and finish this since allen wrenches are hard to use, and the power tool cant torque enough. I cannot return it because they are stuck and i cant disassemble it. It is complete junk. not even one of the four screw holes is drilled properly.

It was an OK stand assist, too low for my husband to use, so I ended up sending it back. The refund worked good.

I’m so glad I found this well-designed and sturdy safety handrail for my mom. It can be moved anywhere it’s needed, like in front of the sofa or in the bathroom. It’s very comfortable to use and extremely strong, so there’s no need to worry about its weight capacity. Now my mom says she can’t live without it, lol

Works ok, but it's clunky. Wished it folded up. Was gonna use it in restaurants, but I don't know if that's practical
