I recently purchased these earbuds, hoping for a reliable audio experience, but they turned out to be the worst earbuds I’ve ever used. While the sound quality is decent, the battery performance is abysmal. Just five days after purchase, the earbuds began draining completely within 10 minutes, even after a full charge. This makes them practically unusable. To make matters worse, the return policy is incredibly restrictive. With only a 10-day window for returns, I was unable to return the product after discovering the issue. This lack of flexibility in the return policy feels unfair and customer-unfriendly. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the purchase experience. I’d strongly advise others to avoid these earbuds and consider alternatives with better reliability and customer support.

Good item

ANC is not good, no dolby atmos support and in some videos even the highest volumes feels low. Still giving it 4 stars as I got it for ₹470. Calling is good, mic is good and it also has HP branding so rest assured it won't blow in your ear

After using 5 months i can say product quality is superb. Battery backup also very good More than 20 hr

Wrist experience with product too many issue with product automatically connected in other devices if they are also using hp earbuds battery is wrost just working 1-2 hrs and now a days just working for 10 min only and not getting on without connecting charger

Sound quality is good but stopped working properly less then one year and get discharged in 3 mins
