Must be a locking system
Build quality is good There must be a locking system in the main lid and the bags are provided are so large as they are difficult to fit in the bin. According to their side they are useful for a mid size common house dustbin.

Useful product for to keep clean and fits well

Not a good product.
Very cheap plastic; the circular ends wouldn't close properly and remained with gaps, and there were scratches and dirt all over; it seemed like we received a used or old product. Though I received a roll of garbage bags, unlike a few people who did not receive or received just a single one.
