I’m honestly so happy with this fireplace! It only took about 2 hours to build, and the process was pretty straightforward. The instructions were easy to follow, and everything fit together really well. The final look is super clean, elegant, and cozy — it completely upgraded my living room. It gives that warm, modern vibe even when it’s off, and when it’s on, it makes the space feel so inviting. Love this fireplace! We put it on our bedroom and it looks so nice. The fire has three settings and there are lights all around the fireplace. A remote allows you to change the colors and their brightness. It was fairly quick to put together. Quality seems really nice for the size.

I bought the Boshiro 72” LED Lights Electric Fireplace Entertainment Center, a year ago January. I wanted to use it a while before writing this review. My 55” tv fits perfectly on it. The side shelves offer a lot of storage. This fireplace puts out a lot of heat. The electric insert didn’t work but the shipper sent me another one immediately. It has a multi color led light strip for inside the shelves area. Would definitely recommend!!

Sturdy, the size is just right and it’s so pretty! It took a while to put together only because I did it by myself and there’s several pieces but the directions are easy to follow. I gave a 4 star because mine came with a few cosmetic imperfections. Nothing bade enough that I needed to send back. You can only see them if you look close.

Love my fireplace. It is so nice to be able to turn it on and to decorate it for christmas. I even love that it provides heat for me whe I need it

I love this!! We will need to get a dedicated circuit for it I as it has popped the circuit breaker but - totally worth it - we just have too many things on the circuit that this outlet is attached to. I love the lights - the photos look very bright dark blue but they are not at all very soft actually with a few choices in color and modes The heat output is awesome you can set it to the temp you want like 72 or 76 not a low med high deal which is great! The fireplace flame is nice with 4 brightness flame height options high med low and off it is VERY quiet!!! This thing is also very sturdy - it's not going anywhere! It was easy to assemble and had extra screws and such - we did put a spot of glue on the wooden dowels I think organization before build made a HUGE difference I put all the shelves in sections 1-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30- then I opened all the screws/parts and put in paper cups I marked the front and back of cups with part letter in big bold print then put the I think 11 cups in a small shirt box - as I finished with one section I'd put whatever cups I used back into the short box. This made it super simple for me or my hubs to find whatever part the builder of a section needed (we took turns) This fireplace is perfect and I would recommend even with the shipping charge added in. They offer 3 sizes so you can get the size you need/want We went wider than our current fireplace because I wanted the bigger "fire box" (heater) Not sure we had to but I love it! In spite of issues with AMAZON which I will detail later the sellers CUSTOMER SERVICE was AWESOME to deal with - If you want to know what happened - read on - otherwise you can stop my review of product and service is complete, with "Yes I would recommend, product and seller" offered to fix the problem I had with AMAZON over shipping - but I didn't think it was fair for them to take the hit so I declined however I need to rant about AMAZONs handling of my situation. I was upset that Amazon lied to me about shipping - honestly I really wanted free shipping so I called Amazon to ask if that was possible - I was CLEARLY told after I received the product I could call back and ask for a refund on shipping - he made it sound common. He also knew what the product was and that the shipping fee was from seller, we were totally on the same page. I forgot to screen shoot the conversation so I called back and AGAIN was reassured I could get a refund on shipping and that the previous conversation was indeed recorded all I had to do was call back after receipt of product to receive a refund on shipping, and yes he knew it was a sellers fee. So I ordered it and did what he said to do - what a joke I was told that was not possible since it was not shipped by Amazon - I used honey (you get more bees with honey)to keep asking in different ways - she looked AND AGREED that I had been told twice that I could get a refund but she was sorry "they were incorrect" and they will "do better training" now I admit I argued at this point - asked for supervisor was told she was a supervisor and that she couldn't help me more than to instigate a complaint with the seller and ask them to refund it! The nerve! It was not the sellers problem that Amazon "needed to train the employees" it was not my job nor the sellers job to do that! She kept asking if she had settled all my questions and I kept saying no and that she needed to transfer me - she claimed to have no way of doing that but I could call back and ask for a different supervisor but that they would say the same thing. She finally ended with something "like I'm glad I could assist you in finding a resolution ..." and hung up. My blood pressure wasn't worth this. I ALWAYS try to give sales ppl n customer service ppl - actually everyone - with kindness - even if slighted - thinking they must have had a rough day -or at least they took it out on me instead of family - I hate that I was treated this way by AMAZON and when the day comes along to join a class action I will run to complain with my proof lol .... So the seller did contact me apologizing and offering a partial refund on shipping or to discuss it further - lovely message - I appreciate that but declined since it wasn't coming from Amazon. No resolution with Amazon yet and I've dropped my prime - I do not order regular products from them. I am however part of vine program in which I get products for honest reviews - I'm still part of that lol at least for now I am. Target offers many of the things I can get at Amazon and with my charge card I get free shipping if not in store or free fast curbside delivery - don't need Amazon.

It did come damaged on top right corner. I think I can fix but we will see. It's a pain in the @$$ to put together so have fun with it! I suggest a drill, hammer, a friend, and a 12 pack handy while putting this bad boy together! It's (I guess) worth it in the end. I'm on day 2 by myself so once I get it up and ready I'll take a picture and update! Wish me luck!! Update: Well it's up and I didn't know it did all these different colors and motions. Still a pain but it's really pretty!

I can’t tell you how great of a purchase this was! It looks sooo nice. Like $1k or more nice. It did take a long time to put together but it wasn’t difficult by any means. The fireplace looks so nice in the evening and the back lighting is my favorite feature. Highly recommend.
