I have oily and acne-prone skin, and the Anua Rice + Ceramide Toner has worked surprisingly well for me. It has a lightweight, milky texture that absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a greasy or heavy feel. It calms redness and helps maintain hydration without clogging pores. Korean beauty products are not for everyone as the hype around. Doesn’t refresh with one layer and applying more makes my face oily. Have used it for a few weeks.

It’s not thick though, it’s a watery toner So I’d assume “milky” is about the color not the texture of the liquid.

Love the fact this doesn't sting my face after removing make up. Lightweight and hydrating. I also use it mixed with my foundation for that soft glow. Love anua products.
