Very sharp and easy for arthritis hands to use
This knife is amazing! I tried it first on a softer tomato it sliced through it like butter 9 thin slices from 1 medium tomato! I bought 3 more!!! I love it!

Very happy with Quality, and I am a busy cook in the kitchen.
I saw reviews recently online about this brand being a scam, but it definitely is NOT. They claim it is misrepresented, and that may be so, but I am here to tell you that I use my knife and cleaver every day, and I couldn't be happier. Very nice in its leather holder and makes an excellent gift. Recently gave one as a gift, and they are buying the whole set now, so I think it is reasonable to assume they would agree with me. I just bought the meat cleaver and used it today. Love the heft and balance. Very easy to sharpen, and I have NO COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER.

Ultra sharp.
Beautiful wooden handle with a ultra sharp blade. Really nice high quality. So happy with this choice I bought another for a family member.

Doesn't hold an edge
I love the weight and the shape of the knife but after I used it to cut vegetables and some meat it lost its Edge after just a few uses. I would never buy this knife again.
