Also comes with a carry strap & extra removable chest strap. Backpack straps are padded, ergonomic and adjustable. How it works
Once had managed to sort out which strap went where I was able to carry my Ineogen One Oxygen maker easily on my back therefore spreading the weight evenly. It's fine as long as you remember to turn it on before putting it on your back.
