Useless. Not sure if I've been sent a dud but there is zero heat coming from the heat pads in this device. Absolutely nothing! Furthermore, the massage feature (which is simple a vibration) is incredibly loud. Very disappointed.

Feels very comfortable. Only just got it so can’t say too much. Used it once for 10 minutes and really liked the massage and heat.

Bought for the wife to help her pyshiotherapy after having knee replacement and she loves it! Upon recommendation from her pyshio and with just two 5 minute sessions a day, she says her knees feel a lot better. Her walking has improved and the knees are not as painful as it used to be after the op. Money well invested if the wife feels better after using it. Would recommend it to anyone who has had knee surgery, wife can't praise it enough.
