Truly afraid of cutting off skin tags on my neck. Skin is so thin and delicate, but I used 5% lidocaine and it numbed my skin. I was careful not to cut too close to the overall skin. Within an hour I had 20 skin tags I'd been living with for years, gone. Grateful for the fine scissors for the job.

I got these because I needed a big skin tag gone that had been growing steadily for YEARS. I had looked at the reviews and the description even said "surgical" in the description. Beware: These have a chance of getting to you dull! I thought I was just being a wimp and stopping when I felt pain. Nope! They were dull! My PCP was able to find a dermatologist in my area and in my network, and they should be getting in touch to schedule an appointment in a day or two. These do not work well at all, which should have been a given since this is being sold on Amazon for a mere $12 before tax. After I submit this review, I'm going to request a refund (don't worry... I've cleaned them thoroughly, as everyone should be doing with anything that can cut their skin).
