This one is excellent! I had 2 others that were supposed to be amazing and neither worked at all. Then I came across this one. I travel a lot for work and need something that will keep insulin cooled for 8 hours+. It does exactly what’s needed & keeps the insulin cooled as advertised. Cool bonus is the lid that holds the needles for the insulin pens. It dores 25 to 30 easily. I can travel super easy with it. Can keep it in my car or take in my carryon easily without it taking up a ton of space. Highly recommend this product.

Took a 14-day trip across the US to the national forests. Let me tell you it kept everything cold and had no issues. It is worth its weight in gold. Great job.

Just ordered a second one for traveling. I tested one of these scooters yesterday to see if it would stay cool for my 11 hour flight. After 17 1/2 hours, I measured the temperature of the pro and it has increased slightly by 1.5° only wow! I have ordered the second one because I need to take medication for a 20 day trip. I have tested other ones that I bought from Amazon and all of them failed. Very happy with the result we’ll do another test tomorrow, but I’m pretty sure it will work for my trip.

Works well for traveling. I was able to store 2 weeks worth of needles and insulin pens. The black gives it nice "polished traveler look" and fits easily in a backpack, duffle bags. Well worth cost. If I have two suggestions to improve it, 1) it would be possibly stamping it or putting some kind of sticker that it is indeed TSA approved, I'm not a frequent flyer but when I do fly into and out of many different airports (daisy chain) and some TSA agents have no idea what it is and others let it slide right through. 2) maybe do a different shape like a rectangle or square.

Purchased for vacation and storage of various diabetic supplies. Could fit 5 pens inside with the blue cooler pack and thermometer. Storing needles and lancets in the top of the cooler was handy. No issues with TSA checking the product, some airports opened and checked, others just scanned, and one swabbed for explosive materials. Very sturdy materials. I did find it did not stay cool for as long as it was projected to, but we had numerous delays getting from point A to B with a flight diversion and unexpected overnight stay in another state, but the meds were able to get into a hotel fridge for the night and then use the cold-water pack for the next flight. Stayed cold the entire time getting home.
