I’m thoroughly impressed with Narwal’s new design and formula. Since switching to the new Freo machine, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the quality of my floors. Streaks are a thing of the past, and the aroma is more pleasant overall. Although the bottle is smaller, it appears to be more concentrated, which is a great bonus!

Peace of mind is worth twice the price
Finally a robot vacuum that does exactly what it advertised. After four cheaper versions, we decided to spend more on technology and we are not disappointed.

Works as Intended
Product works as intended. Does a good job of cutting through the dirt and grim. Scent is not overpowering and does not leave a sheen that attracts dust and dirt like other products. May be a little pricey but the base station does a good job of administering the correct amount of cleaning solution and seems to last for awhile.

Overpriced and empty in a week
Not only is there zero scent to this solution as others have reported but it was gone in a week. The Narwal detects its own detergent as residue and will mop itself to death. The response from support? Disable the AI dirt sense and limit the mop to 1 pass through.

Narwal Floor Detergent Replacement
This is the replacement cartridge with detergent for the Narwal Freo Z. Very easy to change-just remove the front cover plate on the base station, pull out and dispose of the empty cartridge, and push in the replacement refill. Easy peazy....

Decent cleaner. I love the lack of scent
Too many things make your house smell like chemicals or fake citrus (more chemicals) ... This doesn't smell at all and I love that.
