Fluidmaster B1T16 Toilet Connector, Braided Stainless Steel-3/8-Inch Female Compression Thread X 7/8-Inch Female Ballcock Thread, 16-Inch Length

I recently picked up this Fluidmaster connector to install a bidet in my apartment bathroom, and it worked exactly as I needed it to. The 12-inch length was just right for my setup, giving me enough reach without excess tubing hanging around. The braided stainless steel feels sturdy and well-made, much more durable than the cheaper plastic options I considered. Installation was straightforward with the 3/8 female compression thread on one end and the 7/8 female ballcock thread on the other, both connections tightened up securely without any leaks. I did need to make sure I had the right wrench size handy, but once I had that, everything went smoothly. The only minor downside is that the steel braiding makes it a bit less flexible than a regular hose, so positioning took a little extra effort in my tight bathroom space. Overall, it's a reliable, no-nonsense connector that gets the job done without any fuss, and I haven't had a single issue since installing it.

Nothing major to note. They are of good quality, and always seal correctly on the first try. We install tons of these hoses on regular basis and never have any issues with them. Hoses are not typically an item one would see an issue with, but when I have had issues it has always been with cheaper hoses and a threading issue pertaining to their machining during manufacturing. However, this has yet to happen with this series of flex lines. I see that some people say that they last a life time, this is not true. I have seen too many hoses leak or at minimum become very brittle and could easily have cracked if bumped. We always change hoses on toilet replacement and upon rebuild (new flush valve, flapper, and fill valve) in between renters.

Our house had rigid pipes that supply our toilet tanks. We wanted to install bidet to the toilets and the rigid pipes made it impossible to connect the t-adapter. After looking around for flexible pipe Amazon had the absolute best price for these. I ordered the 12" but really a 6" probably would have worked better. With the t-adapter if the bidet there is a bend required in this 12" hose. Not as pretty (if piping can be considered pretty lol) but it works. Anyway, this is well made and no tool required to install. Great for what we needed to install a bidet!

Bought this to hook up the bidet and it delivered. Solid build, easy to install, no leaks, no freaks. Buns dazzling. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do without any drama. Highly recommend for anyone leveling up their bathroom game or needing a short, reliable length for plumbing setups that don’t need the usual spaghetti tangle.
