Great bag! very light weight and roomy! My husband packed everything he needed for a two week trip.

This an excellent carryon suitcase. Lightweight, efficient packing space with great pockets inside and out. Wheels work smoothly but The handle does not work smoothly. It’s difficult to release and pull up. I’ve only taken it on one trip, and am very happy with it, except for handle. Wonderful quality other than that.

Just took a vacation with my recently purchased carry on. I researched this purchase and decided to stay with the reliability of Samsonsite. I checked the bag. It is light weight as I was up and down numerous subway stairs and across bumpy sidewalks. It was a little smaller than my last carry on but I was able to pack a lot.

I am pleased with this suitcase. I just hope it will meet regulations at the airport as a carry on. It's very light weight and a pretty color. I like the outside pockets to be able to have quick access to things I need while traveling. The suitcase is very easy to push, and because it is light weight, I will find it easier to lift.

I bought this in order to just have a light carry-on bag instead of checking a bag. It's roomy, lightweight, sturdy, and easy to wield.

This was on sale and perfect color to match my other personal carry on, even though it says 23’ total outside measurements, depending what airlines you use it will work.. The biggest issue I had is Amazon or the store wanted you to SIGN for it from UPS. WHY ??? UPS left a note they “tried” to deliver at 7:30pm, I was home, in a one bedroom apartment so if you knock I would hear it, I don’t think they knocked. So had to wait til the next day, Amazon delivery update indicated the UPS would try again and even showed in their APP out for Delivery… so I waited at home could not run errands that day to so I would not miss it. Then I find out they were not going to deliver it. That evening, the APP updated that I had to pickup the item. So I had to go pick it up the next day at a shell gas station that is partnered with UPS. Really disappointed in Amazon and the seller. Thus the stars, sure they don’t care…

This is my second version of this carry-on. I only got it bc my other one was 20 years old and 3lbs heavier—not out of wear and tear.I primarily travel on Southwest and Alaska, but this bag has also been on Delta, Spirit and United WITHOUT hassle—even tho it’s a little bigger.It does not have a bottom bin interior mesh zip compartment like my older one, but it’s not a deal breaker. But, despite AI telling me it doesn’t have a bottomside easy grip handle—it does. Just not the kind that sit above the suitcase. I’ll take the handle for the win.I didn’t give it 5 stars bc the button for the travel handle is finicky. I have found that it works best w the thumb turned to line up the length of the button—which is slightly annoying. But one of the primary reasons I chose to stick w Samsonite (outside of durability)—is how many height options there are for the handle. My old case only had two—and at 5’6-I was inbetween option A and B. So I’ll put up w the high maintenance button as a trade.This case rolls like a dream, is light weight and easy to maneuver—and the new side zipper compartment is a welcome addition for water bottles, phones, a book, or a hot styling tool (for us girls who can’t leave home without it).

I loved this carry-on. It's lightweight, spacious, moves seamlessly, and has useful outside compartments. However, I had to return it because it measures 23.5 inches, not 20.
