Very good and worth it
These are good for Ibs , if anyone has these they help can help you have control and feel a lot better. They have 45 in one box which will be for one and a half months. Well worth getting.

These have been absolutely brilliant for me as I have a medical condition and severe constipation over a long period of time,would probably result in an operation which has a low success rate😕 I can’t buy these anywhere now as the company who makes them seems to have either stopped making them or won’t supply to out of the EU. They appear to have replaced them with a capsule now of which I’ve tried,and they’re not as good. Such a shame as I think the cubes were a success by those who bought them😕
