If you stay ready you ain’t gotta get ready
I take 2-3 in the am and another 2-3 in the pm. I think they work great. Make sure you drink plenty of water to get the full effects. Take the faithfully like your supposed to and you will always be ready for that unexpected ( at least for me they work great) .

More cost effective
I liked rhe regular pills before but I like these more purely for their value, just take 2 instead of 3 as it’s about the same as the original and it works just as well. I would not mix these with anything just take them straight up as they taste very dusty and it clumps up you would need to blend it with whatever liquid you want to mix it in.

It is fiber, it works, yay
The combination of ingredients in this seems to work better than the standard drug store fiber options. Capsules are handy for travel, or for taking while otherwise away from home, but I prefer the bulk container with scoop for use at home. I open the capsules and mix in water to take, because it is quite large. Only negative is the price per gram is on the high side, you maybe pay a bit extra for the brand name and convenience.

Works great!
You get a great amount for the price. It's easy to take down with sufficient water. Has little to no taste for me unless you leave it on your tongue for a long time which you shouldn't have to. And it does work wonders on your stomach even after the first night you take it, especially if you haven't taken it in a while.

A fiber supplement that actually works
Been using this fiber supplement since my partial colectomy in 2023 and I have to say, it works. It’s super effective, and even though it’s similar to other over the counter products, I still prefer this over other “3 times a day” orange products. This is an easy 3 pills twice a day system works for me and my guts are happy. I do not notice any particular taste, and the pills are a little on the large side so be ready for that. Other than that, this is part of my daily health routine and I am a customer for life.
