Bought this for a kitchen remodel and I have been vwry happy with it. Looks nice and makes alot of ice regularly. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the ice will come down in sheets and needs to be broken up. Not a huge deal, but makes it harder for the kids to get ice. I bought a metal ice scoop which definitely is an upgrade from the plastic one that is provided. Connected it to my RO system under the sibk, so definitely getting clear transparent ice. Been installed for about 4 months and definitely happy with the purchase

Sized correctly makes great ice and looks nice! So far so good. BE ADVISED THIS IS GRAVITY DRAINED DONT FORGET TO BUY A PUMP OF YOU APPLICATION NEEDS ONE! Also love the removable ice bucket bc I mainly use to fill coolers and it makes it so much easier!!!

We purchased this ice maker on June 1 and it is leaking from underneath. The product support information is of no help and there is no way to contact the seller for further support.

Easy to install and makes ice quickly. The gravity drain gave me some pause to ensure the discharge and the drain line stayed on a slope towards the floor drain as I pushed it under the cabinet. There is no on/off button which would be nice as to completely turn off, one must pull the unit out and unplug which is not too practical. That said, this is much better than a more expensive Thor that went out on us, but it never made the volume of ice this one does. Much better bang for the buck.
