Maldon Cristalli Original Sea Salt Flakes, 125g

As a handy tip, I've found it convenient to keep within a flip top jar, which makes it easy to fill and keeps it airtight in-between use so the salt remains dry.

Il prodotto già lo conoscevo, molto buono e decisamente sfizioso pur trattandosi banalmente di sale. Prezzo elevato ma ogni tanto bisogna concedersi qualcosa. Ottimo sulla carne alla griglia.

Je l'utilise depuis des anees, devenue de plus en plus difficile a trouver et plus chere. Mais ca merite le prix encore. Le sel ideal pour viande grille si on aime avoir des cristaux encore apres cuisson. En plus , tres bon effet estetique sur l'assiete.

Cosa posso dire su un sale che sala? lo puoi mettere direttamente sulla carne, l'insalata, che pian piano si scioglie. Non è sbiancato, è un sale marino non raffinato, che conserva i minerali del suo territorio: ferro, potassio e zinco.
