Frequent updates & Microsoft office product key/activation required
Writing from Trinidad & Tobago. I purchased this laptop on Feb 10th & received it Feb 26th. It came as advertised with regards to the laptop itself (flex, touchscreen) & the stylus pen. I remember messaging the seller, Happy Ranger, to confirm that it came with a stylus & they responded in less than 2 hours. So I was very pleased with the seller's customer service. I expected the pen to be sturdier though but it works well. The laptop is adequate size & brightness for me. What I did not expect: 1. I had to do & still have to do many system updates to ensure everything functions smoothly. I don't see this as being a particularly bad thing but it can just be annoying at times. 2. The drive for my camera temporarily disappeared & I had to visit an IT tech store for them to sort it out. Luckily, I tested it before my exam or else I wouldn't have been able to sit it. 3. I had to purchase a product key for Microsoft Office. Luckily I know an IT tech who was able to do a remote activation for me for only $100TTD (roughly equivalent to $15 USD) It works well & I hope it lasts long. Overall, I think it's a good purchase & worth the price. Please check everything once you receive it to ensure all is working as it should.

Bait and Switch
This computer did not indicate it is S Mode. I spent significant time avoiding S Mode computers during my search. Seems like a bait and switch. Be careful. Am very disappointed.

Humble Review
Classic Lenovo. Good build, cheap price, decent internals. Good enough to be a workstation. The exterior is metallic, but the hinges are fragile. Some people bought this laptop for their kids and reported broken hinges and left negative reviews, so beware. The hinges are under engineered. Definitely don't buy it for your kids as they are bound to break it. Charger comes with Ground line.

That it is a very good computer
Speed is very good. The size is great for me, the brightness is good. I have had it for 3 months and it was worth my money and it functions great.

Extremely Disappointed - Be Aware
Hello, I travelled right away after getting the laptop and am now back in the UAE. The laptop has a big problem with wifi - on average, 1-2 times per day (or more!), the laptop loses connection with wifi, which is very frustrating as I have the most stable wifi in my apartment. I need to then restart, and everything is fine. I was never as frustrated as I am now with the laptop.
