I like the size of great quality great sound

I had one just like this one and I loved it. It didn't work anymore so I ordered another one. Hopefully this one will last me another 12 years.

These Jensen all in one stereos are defective. I spoke with product support to learn these units have a history of issues with the turn tables, the turn table on this unit will not turn. I also learned the “new” unit I purchased was manufactured in 2019. The unit I ordered arrived with extensive damage to the packaging. I have been attempting to resolve this for nearly a month now. I will submit seperate reviews against General King and Amazon for their disregard against disabled senior citizens. BTW, General King sells this unit for $100 more than other sellers. They are a third party seller so beware.

My mom had difficulties setting it up but a good set overall

For a a small system it truly has great sound and plays about every type format that I own

Wonderful sound!! Just what I was looking for! Everything in 1 unit! I've got records & cassettes from the 60's, 70's & 80's I've wanted to listen to but couldn't!! The unit doesn't take take much room! I live in a small apt. with very limited space! The cost was within my range and I've been looking for a unit like this for a long time!! I found what I was looking for!! Thank you Amazon!!!

The CD tray won't play the CD's

I went with Jensen because I have had great products with them since I got my 1st car and got a Jensen car stereo. The whole system was great and loud. Since then, I have had several stereos, car and house and always had a great product. Until this one that is. Easy to set up, but you must put cds in all 3 slots or the cd player doesnt work. Not sure if that is a defect or the way it is. I have not tried the cassette players yet, although that was a huge selling point as I have lots of Cassettes you can't buy CDs or download for. The disappointing thing is the sound quality and loudness. The speakers are garbage. Either that or the system isnt meant for music to be loud. I cant find the watt output in the directions but I am sure its in the 100 to 200 range. Pretty weak for a home theater system. My old walkman is better.

Buyer beware- this product and company have disappointed on so many levels- a defective product , a refund policy that is defunct and the fact Amazon allows a company like this to sell thru them is making me question using Amazon. Totally ruined Xmas for us-over 20 Emil’s to get refund and I doubt if I will see that. -A HUGE MISTAKE . 9GEEK we re very unhappy . Refund me please-
