If you are of average weight and have a waist line under 36 inches, a medium should do quite well. This garment runs true to size, as nearly as I can tell.

Do they restock the Hoodies

As far as Im aware the grey hoodies are restocked every winter I can't guarantee the other color options as they reappear randomly

Not familiar with dickies but I can say I like this pro club hoodie. It fits comfortably, hood too, & is well insulated against cold wind. I especially like the woodland cammy patern—it matches my utility uniform.
