Great taste, but as many other reviewers have noted it tends to clump. I've used a hand-held milk frother to dissolve it in hot coffee/tea and that method is pretty effective, yet not totally - there was still some residual at the bottom of my mug. My next attempt involved boiling water, letting it cool off enough, then putting the water and the powder in a Magic Bullet. This worked very well. It might even work well if the water (or tea or coffee) is tepid or warm. The downside is it would involve (re)heating the tea or coffee and that might affect the taste in a negative way. P.S. I am able to digest products containing lactose without any problem; I don't like "regular" milk, however so I try to use only lactose-free.

So convenient to have lactose-free milk available when I need it. I don't use a lot of milk these days, and can't afford to have the leftovers in larger liquid containers always spoiling. Also this is much easier to handle than freezing portions of liquid milk. It dissolves fairly readily; sometimes I use a small whisk to help it break up more quickly. Tastes great!

I wasn't very satisfied with this milk powder. It was difficult to dissolve even in warm liquids and often left a grainy texture. The taste also had a noticeable metallic aftertaste, which made it hard to enjoy. Unfortunately, I won't be buying it again.

If you haven't used it before make sure to read the bag. Works perfectly. Since I don't have a fridge at work to keep milk for my tea. This works amazingly. Hint hint a little good along way.

This really came in handy during a storm, and I use it frequently to delay having to go to the store. The taste and ease of use are fine although it does taste a bit different from store-bought liquid milk.

This milk powder tastes really good, but even when I mix it with hot water, the lumps don’t dissolve easily. I have to stir it for about 5 minutes, and still, some small clumps remain. But I purchased 2nd times because it's so delicious.
