Very disappointed – color and quality do not match listing
I was really excited to receive this Lucifer statue based on the product photos, but what arrived was extremely disappointing. The listing shows a deep, rich black finish with sharp details and strong contrast. The statue I received is a muddy brown color with uneven staining that looks nothing like the advertised images. The quality is also lacking. The details are soft and poorly defined, especially in the face, wings, and chains. It does not look finely carved or handcrafted as described. Overall, it feels rushed and cheaply finished, not like a premium decorative or altar piece. I understand slight variations can happen with handcrafted items, but this is not a small difference—it’s a completely different look and level of quality. I would not have purchased this item if the listing photos accurately reflected what I received. If appearance and craftsmanship matter to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This did not meet expectations at all.
