Is the animal hand slaughtered?

Halal Transactions of Omaha does not differentiate between hand slaughtered vs machine slaughtered. The only jerky I found on amazon which is hand slaughtered is Supreme Beef Jerky. They are HFSAA Halal Certified. HFSAA is extremely particular about hand slaughtered meat. Hope that answers your question!

can I cook it with eggs ?does it have a bit of fat?

You want to enjoy the succulent flavors of this by itself. But if you want to mix it with eggs you should spare a lil bit for an "experiment"
