Great replacements
I stumbled across these looking for some replacement insoles for some paper thin ones I have that are wider than most. These were perfect for my purposes. The width was identical to the ones I swapped out, which worked out great. I opted to use the 4mm ones since the ones I replaced them with were only 2mm and the difference was immediately noticeable. I may end up using the 6mm someday, but for now the 4mm work great. Easily worth the price.

Firm, very comfortable. Light blue are different thickness than advertised.
These are outstanding insoles. I replace pretty much all of my stock insoles with these. I wear several different styles of Altras (Lone Peaks, Torins, and Experience Wilds) and a pair of Lems. The 44 fit my size 10 Altras perfectly and the 43 fit my 9.5โs.The insoles are extremely comfortable. They are definitely on the firmer side which I prefer. Soft/mushy stock insoles feel nice at first, but they require more effort to walk and arenโt as good for foot health and stability as firmer insoles. The Whitin also seem to maintain their shape/thickness better than softer stock insoles.Important note: the darker pair are basically 4mm thick across the whole insole as advertised. But the light blue are about 4.7mm in the forefoot (definitely thicker forefoot than the dark pair even though they both say 4mm), and 5.5mm at the heel. So the drop is about 0.8mm, not 2mm. I actually prefer this but the description is not quite accurate.

great replacement for Altra insoles
Love Altra shoes, hate that Altra doesn't sell insoles. These WHITIN are the next best thing and there isn't anything else out there at any price point. They are obviously not as good as Altra originals, but since it's better to spend $5 on replacement insoles than $160 on buying new shoes this all makes sense. I attached a bunch of pictures. Keep in mind that my Altra insole is size 47 whereas 47 wasn't available so I bought 46, next time I will go with 48 and trim down instead. The WHITIN are also zero drop, the Altra's look much taller but that's both in part because of how they are formed at the edges and because they are super new and are curving up a bit. The thickness of both is identical across the insole at 4mm the difference is just around the edges where the Altra cups the heel better. The material looks durable enough for the price but I can't confirm for how long they are good. Hope the pictures are helpful. I am glad to have found these insoles. Do recommend!

Perfect fit
These are a fantastic addition to my wide toe box shoes (not Whitin), but they fit perfectly! I was a bit worried they wouldnโt be a good fit, but they are so comfortable and soft. My feet feel great, and they donโt take away the barefoot feel from my shoes. I would definitely recommend them if youโre looking to replace your insoles on wide toe box shoes. The thickness isnโt too much, but itโs enough to support your foot. No pain at all on my feet at the end of the day.

GREAT REPLACEMENT FOR ANY BAREFOOT ZERO DROP SHOE
BUY THESE FOR REPLACEMENTS IN ANY WIDE TOE BOX SHOE. basically I bought good but cheap cheaper brand of barefoot shoes. The shoes were great and the inserts were great but they wore out. So I had to find a replacement. I bought another replacement, but it was too mushy and not flat so it hurt my back. I am a senior and I nearly fell with those in my shoes. So I searched and searched and then I found these I purchased them figuring if theyโre in their barefoot shoes. They should be a good fit. And they were! So I do suggest these if you need replacements.

These work in Men's Altra running shoes.
After testing two brands that sell wide-toe-box insoles on Amazon, this brand works better for my 13-year-old son's Altra running shoes. The other brand was way too thick in the heel, pushing his feet out of the shoe when walking. These are thinner but fit like the original insoles that were in the shoes. Maybe Altra should consider making better insoles; the original ones are probably flimsier than these. I would recommend these for sure. My son wears men's 10.5 Altra runners, and we got size 45 insoles that fit just right without trimming.

Perfect fit for hobibears
They fit perfectly in my hobibears! They are definetely less spongey than the original hobibear insoles but if you're wearing barefoot shoes that shouldn't matter to you. Would buy again!

Flat
These are thin and no arch support. Not worth it.
