Love this tent. Its very simple to put up. and I used it on a outdoor trip and we got caught in a heavy rainstorm. Inside the tent stayed dry. Dont put a water proof tarp or barrier under your tent because it prevents water from draining. OTher people who used a tarp under their tents got flooded because the water could not drain through the tarp so it filled and eventually flooded inside their tents.

This is a great budget 1p tent. I'm 5'3" and there is plenty of room to keep my pack inside. Very easy and quick to set up. Good ventilation. The additional gear loft is a extremely handy, and there's two pockets on either end of the tent as well. Comes with some extra repair fabric/mesh and guy lines. I bought the footprint to go along with it and upgraded the stakes. 90s throwback color is a nice little bonus.

Excellent tent. I have used it a couple of times. I like how warm it gets inside.

Full-sized fly was really important to me in a light weight backpackers tent. This has durable construction features using strong and light materials. I purchased this same tent two years ago and the first one kept me dry and cool in the rain and heat of northern Minnesota in July. I bought a 2nd tent so my son could have his own adventures. Easy to set up and take down even in the dark. Great addition to backpackers arsenal of high tech gadgets.

I bought this for UK travel and wasn't completely sure whether this will be up for the job, given the constant rain there. I ended up facing a pretty decent rain, but the rainfly did its job. Eventually you can see water droplets on the inside for the "flatter" side of the rainfly, but it kept the tent inside completely dry and rain-free.
