After waiting 60 minutes, I gave up and used cheap supermarket rennet to get the job done.

Very disappointed. Tried a couple of times with different milks, wasted 4L and no results. Didn’t coagulate at all, waited hours on end. Milk cold or warm didn’t work, tried with 4 drops, 8, 16. No results whatsoever. I’ve seen positive results here so perhaps my batch was flawed.
