Review: Powerful suction for a lightweight vacuum - This is my second Shark vacuum cleaner - I thought the first one did a good job, but this one does a great job. The suction is incredibly powerful for such a lightweight vacuum. It does a good job getting up dust and pet hair, too. The self-propelled feature is also powerful, maybe a bit too powerful because it wants to move quickly. The cord length is ample. I wish it had more tools - it only comes with three. I have used the removable handheld vacuum as well as the floor stick - both are easy to use. My only minor complaint is that the dust bin is a little more difficult to empty - the release lever doesn't open and automatically "dump" the contents. You have to pull the cup open which requires two hands. I do recommend this item. I cannot believe the suction and love the compact size! It’s easy to use and even self propels, making less work for you! It’s also very clean to toss the bin and maintain the vacuum itself. The weight is very manageable and the cord a great length to cover the areas and not have to replug several times per room. I really love this vacuum, but wish there were .5 star ratings because I do have a complaint, the vacuum does not stand up!!! When not in use it has to be mounted or carefully placed against a wall for storage, as it won’t simply stand in a closet or storage room, etc. I so wish it would and it would honestly be the perfect vacuum!

Really sucks!
This stick vac really sucks! Bought on a whim, because of a nice sale price and sheer frustration with my old stick vac. (I’m comparing this product to a cordless Dyson stick vac that I’ve had for a few years - I realize I’m not comparing apples to apples but I was very frustrated by my Dyson’s sub optimal results). Pleasantly surprised by the ease of use and its weight, this little beast is fantastic! Sure it’s corded, but wow it sucks well. It gets a bit warm to touch and blows warm air out after second carpeted room. It has a smaller debris bin so I’ve emptying it when it appears full. We have two shedding dogs and this vac does awesome! It does a really great job overall and I really like the ease of use. I would recommend this powerful little stick vac.
