This is a real review from a real Amazon customer, the pictures attached here are of my actual laptop. I bought this laptop two weeks ago because my old one had a broken charger port on its motherboard and rather than fix it I just bought this new laptop. It has 16GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD. This is a really good laptop for normal everyday use. It is lightweight, very fast and does a great job with Internet, Word, Excel, all the usual functions. The display is very sharp and bright and a full charge on the battery lasts about 5 to 6 hours of continuous normal use. I did all the Windows updates right away the day I received the laptop, removed or turned off the programs and apps I don't use and have had no trouble with it at all. Lenovo is a good brand and it is built very well.

This laptop does the basics with flying colors. Just what I was looking for at a great price. I was not in need of a high-powered gaming machine so this one fit my needs at a price that works. Battery life is fine, along with the feel of the keyboard. Every aspect of its use runs smoothly, no worries at all.

Why I ordered this item: I needed a laptop for basic work stuff and light browsing. My old one was getting really slow and the battery was basically dead. I wanted something with decent specs but didn't want to spend a fortune. Likes: * When I tap or swipe the screen, it responds right away. I can scroll through documents and web pages with my finger and it feels zippy and smooth. * Boot time is insane. This thing goes from pressing the power button to Windows desktop in maybe 15 seconds. The SSD makes everything load super fast. * The screen is bright and clear. Colors look good and text is sharp. I can use it by a window without squinting at the display. * Build quality feels good for the price. The keyboard has a nice feel to it and doesn't flex when I type. The trackpad is smooth and accurate. * I can have Chrome with 20 tabs open plus Word and Excel and it doesn't slow down at all. No likes: * The speakers are pretty weak. They get loud enough but sound kind of hollow and tinny. Would I pay full price for this product: Yes Final thoughts: This laptop handles everything I throw at it without breaking a sweat. For the price I paid, this is maybe one of the better values I've found on a computer.

Great laptop, but it does get Hot under the left side on the bottom. Pretty fast for all I need to do. I noticed it also has a tendency to get disconnected from the internet at times which is very annoying, however it could be because of some of my settings. On a scale from 1 to 5, I give it a 4.0

Incredible value. This is the 2nd Lenovo touch screen I've purchased. While not a super high powered Gaming laptop, it does the trick... Tackles any task effortlessly with minimal lag or hiccups. I have one for work & one for personal use and love them!

Great for the price

I love love love it!!! The touchscreen makes it so much easier/quicker. My only issue is my other laptop isn't touchscreen so I catch myself touching with no response. Should I say operator error? It's fast & solid without the excess weight like my other Lenovo. This is my 3rd one & the others are still being used! They said Lenovo's are workhorses & they weren't kidding!
