So, it is basically a pair of knickers stretched across your face. I’d return it if I wasn’t so embarrassed to have fallen for the sales bumph. I wouldn’t bother buying it, as I currently feel like a voyeur with this thing stretched across my head. 👙🦹🏼 Very thin material, no instructions though it seems to make sense when you look at it. It also doesn’t appear to give any support, not that I need much but it’s just there.

This product is not effective. Completely uncomfortable, difficult to put on and not the right size at all. Waste of money and haven’t even been able to use it overnight once.

Not bad and fits well, can tighten or loosen whichever is your preference. Haven't seen a change yet but this is something that will need consistency to see any results.

I didn’t see a lot of difference. I didn’t use it a lot because it hurt behind the back of my ears a lot when I tried to wear it for even a little bit.
