There is a reason (or two) that this Ghee has been 'out of stock' of late -- The texture, flavour, and purity of it is supreme. Why do I say that? pros - Smooth and consistent texture throughout in every single jar... and I have purchased quite of number of these at this point. But I have purchased other ghee too. The Flavour of this ghee is difficult to describe because we rarely experience products that are from high quality sources anymore. They just aren't available unless you have access to a local free range and non-chemical farm. The difference in flavour is what I first notice when a food is truly from a sustainable farming group. And this one hits that high mark! The labels peel off effortlessly, making the empties easy to recycle. Any cons? - They will likely not be able to keep up with demand. I am not the only one moved sufficiently to bray about this ghee's goodness!

I have been a user of ghee for many years now. I love its taste and use it for both cooking and for putting in coffee. I have a brand I use but due to a lack of stock, I bought this brand instead. The flavour is delicious and it melts easily when used both for cooking and for coffee. It leaves a nice layer on whatever it is used to cook without leaving an overpowering taste. The smoking point is also very high which makes it ideal to cook with. Ghee is becoming very popular now so the price seems to keep going up. However, due to the quality of this product, I'd recommend, even at the higher end of the price point.

I started buying ghee to use as part of the ingredients for when I make home made organic chocolate. I was using small amounts to start off with as was initially concerned with eating too much ghee due to mainstream health fear mongering. After researching the amazing health benefits of this wonderful product , I have now upped the quantity I use in each batch of chocolate. The flavour and texture is just so creamy and buttery , it adds a wonderful edge to the chocolate and due to the health benefits I now take a teaspoon or two of the ghee regularily as well. I rotate between fushi and also pukka..both equally excellent. Definitely superb.. was delivered promptly..will be buying again once I start running low

I have been using another organic ghee brand for a while now and wanted to try Fushi, after having tried some of their other products. While the Ghee is good, I feel the aroma and granularity could have been better. The colour is pale yellow, consistency viscous, as expected. While I wouldn't say it a bad product, somehow, it misses the mark a little bit compared to the brand I usually buy.

I have tried many different ghee products and this is by far the best in my experience: the quality - taste, texture/consistency - is exceptional. However, currently on Amazon the price is all over the place and currently through the roof. I have been paying less than £15 per 420g’s for ages but now it’s way too much. Perhaps there is a product shortage due to time of the year (grass innit!). Anyway, maybe seek out from other outlets - or when the price normalises - but give it a go.

I use it for medicinal reasons.

Excellent for cooking so very healthy and part of Ayurvedic diet, a little goes a long way, store in the fridge

Burro concentrato e chiarificato di qualità eccellente, nonchè certificata. Sono già diverse marche di ghee che provo e devo sinceramente ammettere che la Fushi, è una delle migliori in assoluto. Sapore corposo e colorazione gialla intensa, il prodotto in questione si presta benissimo per l'impiego sia in cotture leggere sia (sopratutto) in fritture. Conservazione in confezione di vetro, con indicazione accurata di provenienza e metodo di produzione. L'imballaggio era molto solido e robusto. Tempi di consegna estremamente celeri.

Ho già assaggiato 3 diversi ghee. Sono stata male con uno di essi, quindi non tutti i produttori sono attenti alla soglia di lattosio/caseina. Ma questo burro per me é sicuro e buonissimo. Le semplici fettine di pollo, con questo ghee, sono diventate uno dei miei piatti preferiti :) Unica pecca è che costa molto, ma se si sceglie l'opzione di prendere più barattoli, il prezzo diventa più accessibile. Consigliatissimo.

Lette alcune recensioni avevo paura non mi arrivasse il prodotto, invece consegna puntuale. Il prodotto sembra buono, con un bel colore giallo come dovrebbe essere per i grass fed. Sapore buono. Che dire, quando lo finisco lo ricompro sicuramente

il burro chiarificato della fusi non ha rivali, ottimo gusto e veramente un toccasana per la salute, non metto 5 stelle solo perché il prezzo è un pochino proibitivo... ma per chi cerca il top della qualità questo è il prodotto questo è il prodotto per voi

Il prodotto mi è arrivato con il sigillo rotto, il coperchio ammaccato e aperto. Di conseguenza parte del burro era fuoriuscito dal barattolo. Non compratelo. Arriva in una busta neanche uno scatolo come di solito arrivano gli altri barattoli. Una delusione totale. Per non parlare che il prodotto ha un colore che non è il solito giallo acceso del burro GRASS FED. Ritornerò a prendere quello che usavo prima.
