Is this knife good for cutting unsliced bread?

I find this question worrying. That is because I'm looking at a Fish Filleting knife, which is absolutely not suitable for slicing bread. The problem is that some (lazy) sellers allow all their products to share the same reviews. Be warned to be careful when reading customer comments on here.

Does 12inch knife refer to blade, or the whole knife.

12"" is perfect for the blade and 5"" for the handle. Mercer bread knife and BRAVEDGE 8"" Chef's Knife and 7"" Santoku Knife are my favorite kitchen knives because of sharpness and practicality. If necessary, can this knife be sharpened using a sharpening steel?
