I wish they were a bit smaller, but I’d rather take one larger capsule than several smaller ones. I’ve noticed fewer sugar cravings, and it seems to be helping my digestion. I have been taking this for 3 weeks now and am sorry to say....nothing feels any different. I sleep fine, as before, and I don't eat a lot of junk foods. I was taking this for weight loss actually and was hoping it wound help as I have read about liver cleansing the fat and cholesterol. Dr. says I have high cholesterol but I did not want to take statins' I have put on 20 lbs that since Aug25 and want it gone. I work in the yard everyday and also have 20 minute stretch and exercise routine. I am 73 years young. I am on no medications. I may be looking at the wrong remedy.

BUYER BEWARE! Terrible product! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The side effects are horrible! I've taken 2 tablets a day for 4 days and ever since I'm unexplainably exhausted with ZERO energy and trembling, weak muscles. I can hardly get out of bed and keep falling asleep during the day. When I tried to return it, AI responded it was ineligible for return. I was certain I'd checked returnability before I ordered. And sure enough, when I checked again, AI again said because of my adverse reaction, Amazon WOULD refund my purchase. Armed with that information, I contacted Customer Service and Agent Sheila apologized and asked for greater detail about my adverse reaction so she could inform Amazon to investigate ingredients, etc. Then she thanked me and processed my refund, no problem. When I told her about the AI issue, she told me Amazon's system did say it was not returnable but nowhere did Amazon's site state that. So she also thanked me for bringing it to her attention and said she would report it. She also said to just toss my 2 bottles and don't worry about returning them. Very happy I didn't give up and accept the "ineligible-for-return" message! And delighted Amazon came through for me! Yay!
