After 5 months the scale is not working properly. It turns out it needed new batteries. Overall the scale is really good and easy to link to your phone.

Did not perform at all. Would not log in to the App (a must to use the device): would not pair with my Samsung (which has seven other devices paired with it without problem), and required Gigabites of memory space. I was not able to change the scale to read Kilogrammes (Metric), it remained stubbornly Stones/lbs/ozs (Imperial). The supprot team were quick to respond, but the final verdict was "Send a video of the issues, along with serial numbers/dates of order/proof of order/etc. Not worth the time and effort it was asking for: it is now a dumb paperweight on the guest bathroom floor, still reading Imperial measurements.

Great Product. Easy to operate and large display number helps. Though I do not use the BT function it serves my purpose.

It’s accurate, consistent and ideal for anyone wanting to monitor changes without manually logging everything. Would like them to use stone too — the app and scale mainly default to kg, and while you can switch units, it would be nicer if stone was more prominent or the default for UK users. The display is bright, the scale feels sturdy, and the Bluetooth connection is reliable. Slim design makes it easy to store when not in use. For the price, it’s great value — reliable readings, simple tracking and a solid smart scale for anyone on a fitness or weight‑loss journey.

I bought the Eufy smart bathroom scales for my wife as part of her Christmas present to support her weight loss journey, although I feel like I have probably used them more than she has so far. I paid £25 for them and they have been fantastic. The build quality feels excellent for the price and they definitely give a premium feel without the premium cost. I chose this particular brand and model after doing quite a bit of research into smart scales. What really stood out to me was the size of the display and the colourful writing, which makes everything very easy to read. They look sleek and well made, and feel much more expensive than they actually are. I have not regretted the purchase at all. They were very easy to connect to the Eufy Life app and you can set up different profiles for multiple users, which is really helpful in a household where more than one person wants to track their progress. I have never had any issues with my phone connecting to the scales and we have been using them consistently since January without any problems. The weight readings feel accurate and consistent. I know all scales can vary slightly, but the results seem reliable and always fall within the range I would expect. I tend to use them in the same spot each time to keep things consistent, although I am not entirely sure whether that is necessary or just something that helps keep my own mind at ease. Overall I am extremely happy with them. They feel great quality, give consistent readings, are easy to connect to the app, and have been completely reliable so far. For the price, I think they are excellent value and a great choice if you are looking for smart scales that feel premium without spending a lot.

Weigh scale part very accurate as compared with others in our house. Extra info on fat, muscle, etc. I know is not as accurate as the ones with a pull out bar costing over £400, but still a useful guide when looking at approximate numbers and whether the numbers are going down or up. Linked the app to my Apple Health app so all in one place. Great product.
