Great storage. Easily takes a 10kg sack of dog kibble and keeps it fresh. Sturdy, thick plastic and the lid is easy to close and open. Doesn't take up much room at all and much better, and neater, than leaving the food in the sack. I bought a plastic jug to keep in the container with the food and have no problem accessing the food. The cost put me off initially but the container should last many years so well worth it.

A perfect container for koi food but the 35lb capacity is over optimistic. Capacity well short of a 15kg bag (33lb) of floating fish food, which is a little more voluminous than sinking food. I reckon it took about 27-8lb, as I filled my daily feeding jar and put the rest in the feeder. Reliable rotary lid with a satisfying and functional whoosh as it seals the food, keeping it fresh for the next filling of the daily jar. Plenty of room through the lid for a soup ladle to retrieve the food without needing to tip the container.

A well made plastic air tight storage box with the gamma2 screw lid. They are 30 x 30cm base so are easy to stack in a corner. It has a 25 lbs (11.5kg) storage capacity. I found I could get about 15kg of dry wheat in each unit. They have a clean white-ish appearance with imprint of puppy paws on sides. They can be used for dry dog food storage. I use for the different types of wheat I use to grind fresh to make pastries and breads. A very good value for air tight storage. Wheat, oats, etc... to keep fresh and dry, I add oxygen absorber and silica gel humidity absorber sachets. Because they are air tight, waterproof, they are useful for home storage and away - in RV/Campervan storage when on a road trip camping excursion. The only downside I could identify is the thickness of the plastic. I did think it would be thicker, more solid plastic. The plastic is strong to support contents and stackable. The plastic have flexibility could make it less likely to spilt if dropped or drop something on each. The gamma2 lid gives a wide opening for easy access.

I had another container that I used but I started noticing around 2 months after opening the dry food bag and putting it in the container my cat did not want to eat the food anymore so I decided to get this instead. I have had no issues with it going stale anymore. It’s a bit on the expensive side but it is good quality and has a very good air tight seal.

Awesome airtight container - not easy to get an airtight container even when advertised as airtight but this fits the bill. Keeps the food fresh. Perfect size for a 3kg bag of bird peanuts

The first time I bought a Vittles Vault was not to keep rodents out of the food, but rather one of my dogs. I got up in the morning and that guy had enjoyed such a feast during the night I thought he was going to pop. After a discussion with the vet, it was determined that he was going to live, but that I needed a better storage option. I checked out all the containers Amazon had to offer and hit on the 50-pound capacity Vittles Vault. It was absolutely perfect. At that point in time I had two dogs on the same food, but now with one pup and an older dog, their diets are different. I decided to purchase another Vittle Vault of a lesser capacity. This Vittles Vault is more decorative with paws, a raised design, on all sides. It has sunken in handles all around so no matter which way I grab it I have a grip. It's ant and critter proof, something I really like. We do have a seasonal ant "crop" and they do enjoy dog food. The top spins shut, keeping the food very fresh. I don't believe these Vaults are meant to be stacked, but once I put the food in the smaller one, it was fine on top of my larger one. I'm a bit fan of Vittles Vaults and the high quality is definitely worth the asking price whether you are using them for dog food or bird seed. Who would write a review about dog food containers- anyone who buys expensive good quality bulk dog food - this container is brilliant- seals super well- built really solid - and sq shape takes up less room . Love it!

I just want to share with shoppers looking at and/or considering purchasing a Gamma2 Vittles Vault, you cannot go wrong. They’re super clean and easy to use, and the lid closes tightly to keep your pet’s food airtight and fresh as can be. I just bought my 2nd one. I had picked up one about a year ago for my cat’s dry food, and thanks to the Vittles Bault I avoided a major spill when I moved the container and it fell off the bench I keep it on in the garage. That saved a big mess because the air tight seal is secure and legit. The container itself is rigged and can take a beating and still stand up and perform its intended purpose. I’m happy now my dog’s food will also now be safe, secure and freshness maintained due to the air tight dealing lid. It’s quality for thr price. You’re going to be pleased with this product just as much as I’ve been.
