I just started recently using Aqua Clear filters system and I don't know how often you are suppose to replace the bioMax. Any sugestions?

Need to be replaced every 6 months. Do a water change every week; clean filter every two weeks no water change on the same day you clean filter. You’ll be good to go.

How often do I change for 2 slider turtles?

Every 3 to 4 months. Or do it Sooner IF you have a tank with lots of fish.
