My daughter had this watch for a little less than a year and the button on the side stopped working so she couldn't get into any other functions/settings to come on. I contacted the company and they wrote me back very quickly and offered to replace it right away. They sent one the next day and my daughter already has a new, working watch again. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this company!

Such a great kids watch. My boys love that they can customize the background. It’s great that we can track activity throughout the day and make sure that their bodies are getting enough movement. It’s also great for At school. We can stay compliant with no calculator function and can turn off the messaging while they’re in class. Perfect for younger kids that want the responsibility of a tech watch without too much worry over cost.

This watch is definetly worth buying. It has really good battery life and doesn't take very long to charge! The app is great! Everything works well on the watch! Would recomend!

Great product but I was not able to call or text. also, when I told her to waste my wrist to wake me up and it didn’t work.

UPDATE: My daughter used this for exactly 3 weeks before the watch face broke off of the watch. The return window just closed. It had a very short return window (only one month from purchase). The other two watches my daughters have are still good, and they've had theirs for a bit longer.Just be careful which language you select right at the beginning. It's tricky to figure out how to change it if the wrong was in accidentally touched. I've bought this watch three times now for three of my kids. They all love it!

This watch is an excellent smart watch for kids that’s inexpensive! The battery lasts about a week or two before needing to be recharged. I purchased for my 11 year old daughter and she loves it.

We bought two for our twin girls for Christmas. They’d been asking for a “smart watch” to track their steps and have reminders, etc. I love this watch because there are no games (my girls are 8 and in third grade). So they can wear it to school and not be tempted! It also tracks their sleep habits which they find very cool.They also love that it links to their iPad (app download) and they can get texts and notifications on their watch just like I do with my Apple Watch (they have to be on wifi and near their iPad to get alerts).It comes with a special charge cord (you need a USB block). The watch stays charged for about a week! This was a perfect choice!
