For 57mm.21/4 colostomy bag. Actually, I just received it. The fabric is nice. But the zipper is difficult to close. And the ostomy round area is very big. I will try to make it smaller. I will ask for a new one. If the Farmuar is the same defect, I can return it.

This item did not fit the colostomy bag well. Ended up not using it.

It is not really a proper fit for stoma. If sitting it pushes on the bag. Have used it twice and caused bag to leak both times. Fine if standing/walking but not a good choice if active or doing anything athletic.

I have tried a fair number of these types of belts. This one is middle of the road. First, the pouch is enormous. So this is not a belt that you are going to wear concealed (although I use them mostly for sleep anyway). Second, the location of the zipper opening (on the inside/close to your body) isn't the most convenient (better when it's the bottom seam), and also isn't that wide. Lastly, the fabric part of the loop and hook closure is much larger than the hook portion (see photo), so depending on the fit, there's an extra piece flapping. The manufacturer tried to remedy this with a sleeve to cover the closure, which I found extremely annoying.,
