#1 Customer service follow through
One bottle in my 3 bottle order was broken. As soon as I notified the seller, they sent two replacement bottles by urgent delivery. Great quality product and great customer service, what more can you ask for?

She uses them and found them the cheapest on Amazon so I purchased and took them back to the UK with me over the summer.

Revised review
First, I have contacted the company and they are supposedly sending 3 replacement bottles with a return package for the defective B12. These DO NOT DISSOLVE under the tongue as suggested they do. Thus there is no sublingual quality to them whatsoever. And this was the 2nd time I have tried this product! I purchased the 1000 mcg 3 weeks earlier and found the same issue. I will revise this review after replacement arrives. It is now 6 months later and I have been using this product everyday. Dissolves under the tongue after about 20 minutes and that’s fine by me. Might be a saliva thing. Seems to be a decent produce. Can’t say I’ve felt anything from the additional B12
