Brilliant product. I use them when I feel anxious about things, not to sleep. They have a mild taste and not overpowering. They have calmed me a few times.

Purchased for my daughter, she seems to think it effective, ive never tried it so cant personally say but she is happy with them and said she thinks they are beneficial. She said they taste quite nice, and the tub is easier to carry around than the bottle versions. Easy to use tub and taking with just a push to open and squeeze to close tub. Honestly for the amount supplied I thought the price wasnt so bad.

I bought these because I've been having anxiety flare ups, so I thought I'd give them a go. The tin is different, you poke the centre to release the lid and then squeeze the outside to securely fix the lid. The pastels tastes nice, and they're nice and rough. I'll be honest, I don't feel that they really did anything for my anxiety but I would recommend these as a little treat throughout the day at work.

As many others have said the pastilles are rock hard. I’ve only used them once but i do think they make you feel more relaxed. Not so easy to swallow due to not being able to chew them very easily. I do think people with allergies should check all the ingredients before purchasing so there’s no sickness or side effects as i have a friend who can’t use these.
