I was really worried when my baby developed eczema patches and the GP advised to just buy any cream over the counter. I did some reading on different creams and settled on this Mustela cream and I can confidently say, it did not disappoint. It quickly became a staple in our baby’s skincare routine. The texture is rich yet smooth, so it hydrates deeply without feeling greasy and sinks into the skin beautifully, which makes daily use easy and pleasant. I like that it is fragrance‑free and formulated with natural‑origin ingredients which makes me feel that it is safer for my little one. We started using it on very dry red angry patches, and over a couple of weeks the redness and roughness visibly reduced, leaving skin softer and much more comfortable. It’s gentle enough for newborns but effective enough to keep irritation at bay on especially sensitive areas. Overall, this cream feels like a trustworthy and hardworking moisturiser soothing, protective, and ideal for daily care of delicate baby skin. Would definitely recommend to any parent dealing with dryness or eczema‑prone skin!

New mom here. My son had very dry and patchy skin since birth. I thought it would go away after a few weeks but it did not. I tried aveeno, la Roche posay and few other brands of moisturizing creams and lotions. Tried items specific for eczema too. I am still not sure what the issue he had was but I purchased something in a pharmacy and the stelatopia cream came as a trial pack. Used it once and saw the difference straight away. Within 3-5 days his skin was completely normal and after using for 2 weeks his skin is supple. This is the only product that works for his skin and I will keep buying this again. I am thinking if subscribing it. It looks like it's a bit pricey compared to other brands but it is all worth it.

This is the best product on the market I have found for itching .. and I’ve tried a few !! My 5 year old granddaughter had some for her eczema and I was impressed how quickly it took away the redness so bought some and won’t use anything else now

My infant has developed red rashes and extremely dry, scaly skin on her face. I was quite concerned about what to apply, given that my baby is so small. I researched online and found that most reviews for this product were positive. I decided to give it a try. I performed a small patch test first. It worked like a miracle for my baby. There has been a significant improvement. The redness has disappeared, and the skin is well-hydrated. I then applied this cream to my baby's face. I used it only twice, and the issue is completely resolved. Thank you! 😍

The texture is between lotion and cream, not too heavy for the skin. However, I don’t like the smell (because of fragrance-free?), but it’s quite functionally (anti-itching relief and soothes redness and irritation).

Mio figlio con dermatite atopica è migliorato tantissimo con questo prodotto . Ho utilizzato tantissime creme prima di questa ma nessuna mi ha dato i risultati di Mustela . Se avete un foglio con dermatite atopica vi consiglio anche l’acqua termale uriage. Spruzzate l’acqua termale e poi mettere la crema mustela .

Best cream for eczema. Its absorbed into the skin, suitable for hot weather. Love the pump feature.

Excelente producto, me la recomendó mi pediatra ya que mi bebé sufre mucho de dermatitis y esta crema ha ayudado a que no recaiga y cuando tiene brotes se le quiten rápido, aclaro que no hace la función de un medicamento, solo es un complemento, el bote no es muy grande pero sí dura mucho
