I got this to match the tank brand that I have. the tank has a dedicated slot for the heater to go in, other wise u don’t want the heater to be exposed and hurting the fishes. It works very well, great value and easy to use with temperature adjustments. No noise or stickiness at all.

Arrived safely, all in one piece. I use this in an 8 gallon shrimp tank, it keeps a consistent temperature and seems great so far!

Tropical fish need warm waters to live since purchasing this heater I’ve not lost anymore fish and they seem to be more active.
