Love it
Tried risotto made with this grain at Brey, Waterside restaurant. It's better to soak this grain before cooking, but it is worth it. A bit chewy, but with distinct taste and friendly to gluten free enthusiasts. Bought 2 kg more

Full of moths
I was really excited for this until I opened the sealed pack and was greeted by tons of moths and larvae! It went straight in the bin! Horrible!
