Absolutely the best anchovies available ... incredible flavor and texture ... so many dishes to make and fantastic right from the brine!

My mom is from Spain and I grew up in Madrid. Most boquerones I have found in the US are from Turkey and taste fishy. These are from the Cantabrian Sea and taste amazing. Not fishy at all and are a good size, not tiny. I prepare them with minced garlic, EVOO & fresh chopped Italian parsley. So good!

These are just DELICIOUS. We have a home in Spain and boquerones are a regular part of our daily routine but when we’re in the US there’s nowhere to buy respectable ones-always hard and dried out in evil little packets of disappointment. SOLUTION= THESE!!

These are lovely boquerones, large and very tasty, probably the best I've ever found in the U.S.. However, the packaging wasn't up to par, no insulation and all the ice packs had melted (delivery wasn't late). They either need to be better packaged (in case of delay) or they should be shipped with one day delivery.

These are the boquerones you are looking for. Worth it. Really great customer service from the offering company (Alma), too, when I needed some help from them with a question.

I was heartbroken this year, as I was unable to visit my family. My family and I have eaten boquerones for as long as I can remember on celebratory occasions. Since I was craving a taste of home, I desperately decided to order these. On New Year's eve I opened them up and ate them with garlic, bread, and Parsley. They were as good as I remembered, and I'm infinitely grateful that I could feel connected with my family in these turbulent times.

Large white anchovies that arrived well packed. I really was wanting to love these because they looked and smelled delicious. Vinegar Marinade was a bit harsh for my taste, nothing wrong with it, but they could be so much better if they used a better quality vinegar and a few herbs.

This was my first time trying this brand, and I’m so glad I did!!! The price may seem high, but I think it’s actually pretty reasonable considering the package size, product quality, and fast FedEx shipping by the seller. (Competitor products usually are a fraction of the volume, have smaller fish that sometimes turn to mush, and come in a package that’s not resealable unlike these.) I really hope these continue to be available here because these are probably the best imported boquerones I’ve ever had after falling in love with them several years ago in Spain. Highly recommend!!
