Will this rack fit in a 36” Opening?

Idk an exact number but yes it should hold sweat jackets easily

Does it tip over easy?

No the rack doesn't tip over easy but the wind would catch the clothes and they would fall on the ground. I used them at outside festival sales.

Great Display

Very nice 4-way. Heavy and well made. It's perfect for what I needed. The directions are a little confusing. Start with the smallest little bar at the top and the rest of it comes together easier. Great value for the price.

Sturdy and good value

Was easy to assemble. Seems sturdy and made with midweight metal. Four legs make it stable. Wish it had casters instead of feet, but not a deal breaker.
