This laptop is awesome, fast, the only thing I wish it had was a # pad on the right of the keyboard! Yes I bought it refurbished, I was a little nervous about that. There reviews were great, & for peace of mind I bought a 2 yr warranty, for complete coverage for aprox. $50!

I bought this laptop from a third party seller on amazon. The item was eventually shipped out of the US. The laptop worked great for the first day, during which i proceeded to purchase and install software (MS Office). Again, the device worked great for about another day after which a very faint vertical line started to appear on the screen which did not go away no matter what (powering off/restarting/removing the battery etc). The thickness of the line eventually grew and has become a horrible eye sore while working on the device. Both the seller and amazon refused to compensate by providing a partial refund to fix the screen on the laptop which by the costed much more than i initially paid fo it. Returning the item which now costed me $700, plus international shipping back to the US, for a replacement worth $400 was not an option for me. I now am stuck with replacing the screen myself. Amazon Customer Service indicated that there was nothing that they can do. I probably will not be buying from a third party seller again!

Replaced my previous computer for work, within a day was able to set up and install all updates and work needs including VPN, etc. A little bump on one corner and battery life isn't perfect, but perfect for what I needed and love the fingerprint scanner

The laptop arrived in excellent condition, appearing almost new. It worked fine until a few days after the 90-day return window. It no longer powers on. Attempts to contact the seller's customer service only leads to the Amazon chatbot which links to the Amazon knowledgebase which links back to the chatbot.

This is one of those refurbishers that don't give you the oem power supply, instead they give you a previous generation's barrel connector... which would also be fine, except they don't even do that really either.. instead they give you a giant 10+ year old charger with a large barrel connector with an adapter to the smaller one. Sure, it'll work but it's garbage. You know they're selling the usb-c chargers separately elsewhere too. 4 laptops, all of them with 10 year old HP large barrel chargers with barrel adapters instead of just the regular small barrel or usb-c charger. Good times.

I tried going the refurbished route for the first time after finding such a great deal for the exact same EliteBook I use for work (I'm a technical editor), and after I saw such a rave review. I had just received an unexpected $500 from a family member, so I figured no loss if it turned out to be a bad experience. But I agree with everything from the rave review that helped me make my decision! The laptop is just like new, lightning-fast, and setup was incredibly easy. And thanks to Windows and the cloud, everything carried over from my last laptop, including most passwords. There's also a 1-month Office 365 offer (for either the Family or Business options) if you want to give that a try. It came on time and was packaged very carefully! I am beyond thrilled with this purchase - one of the best deals I've ever gotten on amazon.

A mí en lo personal me mandaron una que en realidad se veía completamente nueva a excepción de que el embalaje no ere original ni el cargador

Pésimo sigo esperando mi reembolso, una lap top dañada de teclado pero que casualidad que nunca llega paqueteria para devolverlo, tengo desde el día 7 de octubre que Ise lo de mi devolución y nada que vienen por ella

El sistema está bien, pero el mueble no me gustó, tiene detalles de pequeños golpes y el holograma está desgastado, lo que se presume un producto descuidado.
