Nice vitamin for hair but I really need something to make my fingernails grow
I only gave this 3 stars at this time. I hope to edit later however right now after taking these for approximately 3 weeks I have only noticed a very small amount of nail growth and that is why I bought these vitamins. I have noticed my hair is looking healthier! I have doubled my dose and have had absolutely no side effects and there is no taste when I take them daily so I am still giving them a chance for my nails!
