Easy to wear, not very noticeable as they are nearly clear, certainly helped with cutting down on cigs

I bought these to stop vaping, they really do curb the cravings and I can go about my life thinking very little about vaping... They stick on well, sometimes lifting around the edges, but I have used other brands before that have just fallen straight off, so I dont mind the slight lifting since they do actually stay in place. I do get some redness around the area if I place it on my hip, but my arms seem to tolerate it fine. Also, if im not busy I do find I miss the fidgeting of vaping, but that's more a habit issue I think, rather than me needing to vape... Over all id say it works well and definitely helps when trying to quit, I'd struggle to do it without them.

You can do better than Nicotinelle but you will need a plaster to keep them on.

I've used nicotine clear patches for years, this time as part of trying to give up the vaping - and they do work, they take the edge off the cravings, which is what you want. One fair warning: you stick one on your upper arm or shoulder and I do sometimes get a bit of tingling, but I reckon that's just me rather than the patch. Worth knowing too - if you're coming off vaping you're probably taking in more than 21mg of nicotine a day, so even Step 1 can feel a little on the light side to start with. But if you stick with it they genuinely help - I've used these and stayed off it for long stretches before. No complaints with the patches themselves.

Does what you expect and help me quit the cigarettes!

I know nicotine patches work well for some people, but unfortunately they weren't for me. The patch made the area of skin underneath incredibly itchy after application. The irritation did eventually wear off, but it was uncomfortable enough that I found myself looking forward to taking it off. The adhesive is very strong, which is good for keeping the patch in place, but I found it quite difficult to remove any sticky residue afterwards. On the positive side, the patch stayed attached throughout the day and delivered nicotine as intended. However, after trying both methods, I personally much prefer nicotine gum as I found it more comfortable and easier to manage.

I have used these patches to stop smoking along with the chewing gum and I haven't smoked for 12weeks
