Products great value for money but delivery of product wasn’t… one of the gels had exploded in the box when arrived.

Larger tub than expected. No scooper with this so has to make do with an alternative scooper. Two tablespoons and still tastes a bit weak but I guess it depends on how much water you add. I use a 700ml flask. Nice flavor, might try with milk for a milkshake.

been using these electrolytes for almost two years now. The berry flavour is SO GOOD! I take 500ml and two scoops before a run or workout. Keeps me feeling energised during workout and throughout the day afterwards, highly recommend.

High 5 is one of my go to brands for sports nutrition and this doesn't disappoint. Tip: as with many powders, this may not mix easily in cold water. I heat (not boil) up to 100ml of water in the kettle and gradually pour in the powder as I whisk. Then top up with cold water (and optionally ice cubes to aid cooling. Once it doesn't feel warm you can stick it in the fridge. Putting hot liquids in the fridge or freezer makes it work too hard and also wastes electricity. So, it's best to prepare powdered drinks the night before or at least as early as possible before your activity.

Not keen on the berry flavour,orange much better.

My first go at an energy product and didn't like the idea of gels so opted for this. It also works out better value for money per serving. I was surprised at how good it tastes (I got Berry)- was expecting it to taste like watered down squash but its not, and its not sickly either. The only thing to be wary of is when you put it in the water, don't just dump to scoopful or it'll form one congealed sticky lump that'll never dissolve no matter how much to shake or stir it. Takes a bit more time but if you sprinkle it in slowly it'll mix much better.

Wenn man länger im Sattel sitzt, ist die richtige Hydrierung ja das A und O, und dieses Pulver macht den Job bisher hervorragend. Wirkung und Energie Was die Energie angeht, habe ich bei der Nutzung definitiv das Gefühl, dass es mir dabei hilft, das Level über längere Zeit hochzuhalten. Ob das nun ein messbarer Leistungsschub ist oder ein rein subjektives Empfinden, lässt sich natürlich schwer sagen – aber unterm Strich fühle ich mich damit auf der Strecke deutlich ausdauernder und weniger schnell ausgepowert. Geschmack und Zubereitung Der wichtigste Punkt für mich ist allerdings der Geschmack. Ich habe schon viele Zusätze ausprobiert, aber dieses hier (Beere) schmeckt mir wirklich ausgezeichnet. Es ist fruchtig, wirkt natürlich und ist überhaupt nicht künstlich oder unangenehm im Abgang. Ein kleiner Tipp zur Dosierung: Ich persönlich weiche etwas von der offiziellen Empfehlung auf der Packung ab. Ich nehme pro Flasche immer eine Schippe mehr Pulver als angegeben, weil ich es gerne ein bisschen intensiver und schmackhafter mag. So kommt das Aroma noch besser zur Geltung, und es schmeckt mir dann einfach am besten. Fazit Das Pulver löst sich gut auf, schmeckt super und gibt mir gefühlt den nötigen Rückhalt für meine Ausfahrten. Dass es zudem natürliche Aromen nutzt, ist für mich ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Von meiner Seite aus gibt es hier nichts zu meckern. Bewertung: Absolute Empfehlung und volle 5 Sterne.

Geschmack ist super Das anmischen ist einfach und das pulver löst sich gut auf Nur die Verpackung ist etwas schlecht wenn die Hände zu groß sind 🫣dann kommt man mit dem beiliegenden Messbecher nicht an das Produkt

Schmeckt echt gut und die Menge ist besser als bei so gut wie jeden Angebot aber ich würde nur 1 Löffel pro Liter nehmen statt drei sonst macht es doch Durst
