Egg whites didn't stick. I used a tiny bit of olive oil and had perfect fried rice, with no mess to clean up afterwards. I am so glad I found these pans - they are well worth the money!

I am careful not to scratch the surface and always wash by hand. After a year they are holding up well.

We have had these for about 3 months now, and they see almost daily use. We take good care of them, following all the instructions to use only silicone spatulas, and clean with only soft sponges and mild soap. They continue to have a high-quality non-stick surface after all this use. They are heavy, so conduct heat perfectly, although you should wait 30-45 seconds to allow them to heat completely before starting cooking. Just follow the included instructions and you will LOVE these!

Bought over a year ago and have used mainly for scrambled or over easy eggs. From the start food stuck even using olive oil or butter. Try to flip an egg and yoke breaks because it’s stuck on the bottom. If you’re super careful working around the edges with a spatula you can get a decent egg, but it shouldn’t be that hard. May as well use my Calphalon stainless pans. Clean up isn’t any better. Have to scrub each time (soft wash cloth) and still some spots with permanent residue. This pan is off to the landfill. Thankfully it’s non toxic and safe for the environment!

A REALLY GOOD PAN THAT I BELIEVE WILL LAST A LONG TIME.

When I first bought them, I absolutely loved them. No food stuck. I have followed the care directions however, now they have food sticking, and it takes more effort to clean them.

The nonstick is okay, I paid $130 for these two pans. I see the price has went down probably reflecting the quality. For $80 as I see these two pans are listed now, that is more reasonable. But the durability is not good enough for these to be used every day. For someone who does not cook that often, they would be perfect. I purchased these pans 5 months ago and they are peeling where the handle is attached. They should not be peeling with how much I baby them. Occasional use and hand wash only may prevent this, but again they are not durable.
